Shipping & returns
Shipping
- $5.99 flat-rate tracked shipping on every order.
- One shipping charge per order, regardless of how many Octahooks you buy.
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- We ship to street addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. No PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
- Checkout is guest checkout — no account is required.
Tracked ground delivery typically takes 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your distance from Fort Myers, Florida.
Addresses we cannot deliver to
- PO Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
- U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
- International addresses
If an order is placed with an address we cannot ship to, we contact you for a corrected address or refund the order in full.
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The Octahook must be unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your Octahook arrives defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, typically within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.
