These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with OctaHook. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we cannot ship to the address given. Pricing. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Shipping is a $5.99 flat rate charged once per order. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Shipping. We ship to street addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. only. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories, and we do not ship internationally. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees; risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. Returns. Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy: 30 days from delivery, unused and in original condition, with return shipping paid by the customer except where the item is defective or damaged or the wrong item was sent. Product use. Octahook is a carrier for handled shopping bags. Load it in a balanced way and carry only what is comfortable for you. It is not rated for any specific weight and is not a safety, medical, or lifting device. Intellectual property. The Octahook name, logo, product design, site content, and imagery belong to OctaHook and may not be reproduced without permission. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Changes and governing law. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order is the version that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
